Employees working at a salon in Gujarat are wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) kits to cut customers' hair. Employees of a salon in Nadiad are using PPE kits to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. Customers are also taking necessary precautions and getting a hair cut by applying face masks.

Social distancing is being strictly followed inside the salon. Salon owner Vishal Limbachia said, "We are taking all the precautions set by the government so that workers and customers do not come in contact with the coronavirus."

Personal protective equipment (PPE) kits are most important in preventing coronavirus infection not only in treatment centers but also in various activities. Employees in many areas, including health workers and sanitation workers, are using it.

Total 78,003 patients in the country

There is a steady increase in the number of patients infected with coronavirus across the country. According to the data released by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, 3722 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours and 134 people have died. After this, the total number of corona positive cases across the country has risen to 78,003, of which 49,219 are active, 26,235 people have become healthy or have been discharged from hospital and 2549 have died.
