Indian Railways has canceled train tickets booked till 30 June. No new reserves will be taken now. According to the railway, only labor special and special trains will run in the current state. It is believed that the normal service of trains will not be restored till June 30. Railway had earlier canceled the tickets for trains till 17 May. Now the railways have announced the cancellation of all tickets by 30 June.

Indian Railways has said that passengers whose tickets are canceled will be refunded soon by IRCTC. However, during this period, the labor special trains being run to bring the migrant laborers home will continue as before.

Let me tell you, only labor special and special train is being run. In such a situation, on Wednesday, another order has been issued by the railway, according to which, from May 22, tickets with a waiting list will be issued on special trains as well as other trains. In fact, after running AC special trains, railways can soon start mail and express trains as well. The Railway Ministry has started preparations for this. The Railway Board issued the order on Wednesday. According to this, from May 22, tickets with a waiting list will be issued on special trains as well as other trains.

However, the Railways has made it clear that the number of tickets in the waiting list will be limited based on the category of the coach. Under the provisions, 20 tickets in AC-1 or executive class, 50 in AC-2, and 100 tickets in AC-3 will be deducted in the waiting list. Similarly, not more than 200 tickets in Sleeper class and 100 in Chair Car will not go on the waiting list. A senior Railway Ministry official indicated that Mail Express Special trains can now run on the lines of Shramik and Rajdhani Special. These may also include Shatabdi Special and Inter City Special.
