Four Chennai teenagers arrested for filming homosexual act of boys and posting video online

CHENNAI: The Chennai city police on Tuesday arrested four teenagers for filming the homosexual act of two young boys and posting the video online.
The arrested have been identified as Satheesh, 18, Abhinesh, 19, and two minors aged 17 years.
The police acted after they received an alert from the Childline.
Childline officials received information about the video that was doing rounds on social media.
From the video, officials identified the place of crime as a fishing hamlet off the ECR in Chennai. After tracing the accused, officials further confirmed that both the accused and victims were from the same locality.
The team arrested all the four accused on Sunday night. They were booked under sections of the POCSO Act and the IT Act.
Two of them were remanded in judicial custody while the minors were sent to a home for children in conflict with law.
