The Gujarat High Court on Tuesday invalidated the electoral win of state law minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasma from the Dholka constituency in 2017, in a massive loss of face for the Gujarat BJP and Vijay Rupani government. Minister for Education, Law and Justice, Chudasma’s wafer thin win of 327 votes was challenged by the defeated Congress candidate Ashwin Rathod.
