Dr Kamal Kant Gupta (43) was diabetic and had hypertension. The health department has collected his samples for coronavirus testing and the post-mortem was conducted on Monday afternoon. Ambala civil surgeon Dr Kuldeep Singh said the deceased had tested negative for Covid-19.
