Haryana: Heart attack kills diabetic doctor on duty in Ambala

AMBALA: A medical officer, who had earlier served on Covid-19 duty, died of a heart attack while on night duty at the community health centre (CHC) in Chaurmastpur village of Ambala district on Sunday.
Dr Kamal Kant Gupta (43) was diabetic and had hypertension. The health department has collected his samples for coronavirus testing and the post-mortem was conducted on Monday afternoon. Ambala civil surgeon Dr Kuldeep Singh said the deceased had tested negative for Covid-19.
