PRAYAGRAJ: In view of coronavirus outbreak, additional DG (Prayagraj zone) Prem Prakash pedalled around 15 km and interacted with policemen performing their duties at static locations and asked about their well being in the city.
He told policemen to get the lockdown guidelines implemented strictly in the city of Sangam.
Prakash also visited a city-based school where migrants have been quarantined from different states including Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana and other states through various modes and their health check up and thermal screening was conducted.
ADG Prem Prakash told TOI: "Cycling for me was the best way to take stock of police arrangements". He, however, said "Police are alert and are taking stern action against those violating lockdown guidelines."
ADG started cycling in morning called it to be the best exercise to keep one fit and healthy.
