Brijkishore Dutt on Tuesday filed a defamation case against BJP national spokesperson
Sambit Patra for allegedly using derogatory statement against former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru and Rajiv Gandhi at Mahatma Phule police station in Kalyan.
In his
complaint, Dutt alleged that Patra in his tweet deliberately used picture with defamatory statement in Hindi against two former prime minister of India.

Patra in his recent Hindi tweet had written "Agar Corona Virus Congress ke waqt ayaa hota to Rs 5000 crore mask ghotala; Rs 7000 crore Corona Test kit Ghotala; Rs 20,000 crore Jawahar Sanitizer Ghotala and Rs 26,000 crore Rajiv Gandhi Virus Research Ghotala" hota.
Dutt told TOI, "Acting on my complaint police have filed an NC under section 500 of IPC against Patra and I will through legal resources will take it to its logical culmination".
Meanwhile after complaint, Patra in his tweet said, "Saying RajivG was responsible for 1984 Sikh riots is derogatory?. No it's a fact. This is not Indira Gandhi's emergency era, nothing is going to happen by these FIRs.".
