Genesis Concierge At-Home Shopping Service Takes New Car Buying To The Next Level

Genesis has joined a long list of automakers and dealers that sell cars through a number of different ways, shedding the need to visit a traditional showroom.

Aptly named the ‘Genesis Concierge’, it’s an “at-home shopping service” launched earlier this week that refines the customer-dealer relationship by reducing the car-buying hassle.

All one needs to do is express their interest in buying a vehicle made by Genesis. Subsequently, they will be contacted by a host, via e-mail, phone call or text, depending on the potential customer’s preference, and from there, the rep will act as a shopping guide, answering questions about the brand, its models, packages and so on, and explaining everything about the services offered. Hyundai’s luxury brand will go as far as delivering a car to your home, or anywhere else, for a test drive.

“A true luxury experience should exceed a customer’s unique desires and expectations”, said President and CEO, Mark Del Rosso. “Genesis Concierge is a tailored service that delivers a new level of personalized luxury, because we are committed to delivering an experience that satisfies our customers on their terms, not ours. As with out popular Service Valet owner amenity, utilized by 90 percent of Genesis owners, Genesis Concierge shows we have great respect for our customers’ ultimate luxury – their time.”

After writing their names on the dotted line, the customer can have their new Genesis vehicle shipped at home, or somewhere else, and will remain in touch with the assistant even after taking delivery of the car.
