Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman will announce the details of the special economic package, says Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his 5th lockdown address to the nation. PM Modi said that today's economic package along with RBI's financial aid totals Rs 20 lakh crore - almost 10% of the country's GDP. In his address, PM Modi said that the era of self-reliant India will start with this new package which is for the farmers, labourers, middle class, and for the medium and small industries. Prime Minister Modi also bats for local products and said that every Indian must be "vocal about local".
