JNTU conducts online class for GATE coaching
Image used for representational purpose onlyNEW DELHI: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur, Kakinada, Yogi Vemana University YSR Cuddapah, in collaboration with AP State Council for Higher Education, Vijayawada conducts GATE online coaching as per the directions of Minister of Education, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
The GATE online coaching classes commenced from today i.e., May 11, 2020. The class will be conducted in a phased manner. The first phase of classwork scheduled to be conducted from May 11 to May 22, 2020.
First phase schedule
The students registered for the above courses can attend the class work through the YOUTUBE and the link will be provided 1 hour before the schedule of Class Timings at www.jntua.ac.in/gate-online-classes/registration. Candidates should note that a new link will be provided every day.
Every day, students can login with their roll number and mail id for a new link. It should also be noted that the full syllabus of the subject (as per the GATE 2020) will be taught in 12 sessions. The duration of each session is 2 hrs. It may be extended for another 30 mins.
The classwork will be held as per the schedule of timings mentioned in the table provided above. However, the timings may change depending on the convenience of the Experts. Therefore, students should note the same.
As the course will be taught in a crash course mode, candidates are advised to listen to the lecture carefully and practice what was taught in the session. Students are advised to join YouTube before 10 min. of the scheduled time and present until the lecture is completed.
As the entire presentation is through live streaming on YouTube, the only interaction between teacher and student is through chatting on YouTube. Hence, students are advised to ask relevant questions related to material covered in the class through chatting only. These questions will be clarified either in the same class or in the next class.
