The Centre is keen to start domestic flight operations as soon as possible, sources said. It is expected that the issue will be discussed in the meeting on Monday. The officials of civil aviation also visited Delhi airport to take a look at their preparedness. The Centre has already decided to start 15 special trains. These trains will be run as special trains from New Delhi station connecting Dibrugarh, Agartala, Howrah, Patna, Bilaspur, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Secunderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai,Thiruvananthapuram, Madgaon, Mumbai Central, Ahmedabad and Jammu Tawi.
