Vishwajit Rane checks parameters of Panaji urban health centre

PANAJI: Health minister Vishwajit Rane on Thursday visited the Panaji urban health centre to assess the situation since resumption of services at the out patient department (OPD), which began on Tuesday along with OPDs at government hospitals and other centres.
Rane said he conducted a thorough inspection of the OPD services at the urban centre.
“Since our immunisation programme is now active, I interacted with parents to ensure that everything is under control and managed well,” Rane said. He said he has instructed officials to follow social distancing and that persons visiting the OPD must wear masks.
