Boys locker room case can be punished for two to five years

The cyber cell of Delhi Police has also imposed four sections of IPC on the accused in the Boys Locker Room Group case on Instagram. Under these, there is a provision of punishment of two to five years. Investigation so far revealed that indecent photos of three girls in the group were posted. However, the police have not yet found evidence of tampering with these photos.

A senior Delhi Police official said that sections 465, 469, 471, and 509 of IPC have been imposed against the accused in the FIR besides the IT sections. According to the police officer, initially, these clauses have been imposed after fraud, tampering of photos and indecent photos, and talking to dissolve a girl's shame. The cyber cell has started questioning from all angles.

Girls identity

A senior cyber cell official said that the three girls whose photos were posted in the group have been identified. Efforts are being made to take his statement. At the same time, 13 members of the locker room group have also been identified. There are eight minors among them. The minors have been questioned at their home. Only one minor has been arrested, Pabandh and the group administrator.

The minor hails from Greater Kailash, South Delhi. One member of the group hails from East Delhi. Police are awaiting the forensic report. The police have asked the lab to dump data of the mobile of all the accused so that it can be found out which girls have photos and how in their mobiles.

People came out in support of boys on social media

People have come out on social media in support of the boys after the girls' locker room surfaced on Instagram. People are making videos and putting up on the support of girls after the boys came to the locker room on social media. These people say that those who were speaking in support of girls, now why are they not speaking in support of boys. Girls in the girl's locker rooms were doing the same things about boys as boys were doing in the boy's locker rooms.
