While she's pivoted between pilates, aerobics, kickboxing and HIIT workouts, her love for yoga has stayed constant throughout—and has been very documented. “Yoga is a part of my soul, a part of me,” she said in an interview in 2016, describing it as her favourite form of fitness. “I feel the inverted postures help the face a lot, and any kind of yogic breathing will help the inner being, automatically affecting the skin. I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and it feels amazing,” she said.
The actor has tried every kind of yoga there is, switching between a more fast-paced routine to an aerial version after her pregnancy. “While I basically do ashtanga, I've tried all its different forms but I can tell you one thing, even a simple surya namaskar can help immensely,” said Kapoor Khan. “We did lots of strengthening asanas to increase stamina. Then surya namaskars, focusing on each posture and form. Bebo knows her body so well, so we knew exactly what works for her,” shared Anshuka Parwani, one of her long-time yoga trainers.
