HYDERABAD: A 10-month-old boy, Yuvraj, died and seven of his kin sustained injuries after a DCM truck rammed into their car at Chivvemula in Suryapet.
The family was heading to Khammam from Hyderabad for a funeral. “There was no road divider where the mishap took place. The injured were shifted to a hospital and are out of danger,’’ Chivvemula police said. The DCM driver abandoned his vehicle and fled from the spot. A case was registered.
