
Xiaomi Mi 10 India Launch Today LIVE Updates: The Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Xiaomi, is finally launching its flagship Mi 10 smartphone in India today. The launch event can be watched online on Xiaomi’s YouTube channel or its social media channels at 12 PM today.
Xiaomi is launching a Mi flagship smartphone in India after several years. In the past, Mi flagship phones have not received a good response from the Indian consumers possible due to their expensive price tag. Xiaomi India Managing Director is assured that with the Mi 10 the company will be able to change the mindset of associating the brand with “affordability”.
The India variant of the Mi 10 could be similar to the global variant. Mi 10 is expected to be on the expensive side in India given it’s a feature-packed smartphone with Snapdragon 865 SoC, 5G support, flagship-level cameras, and more. Adding on will be the increased GST rates. We will have to wait to see how Xiaomi prices the Mi 10 in India and whether it can be priced lower than OnePlus 8 or not.
Xiaomi brings its first wireless earphones to the country today. Mi True Wireless earphones 2 launched in India alongside Mi Box 4K. The Mi True Wireless earphones offer sharp base, 14.2mm driver support, LHDC, Bluetooth version 5.0, stable wireless experience, smart dual noise-cancelling microphone, slip-proof design, solid battery and quick charging capability, the device lasts for 14 hours in a single charge, and quick gesture control. Mi True Wireless earphones 2 comes with MIUI software, works with other Android and iOS devices.
It will be available at an introductory price of Rs 3,999 on May 12 on mi.com and Amazon.
Xiaomi’s Raghu Reddy states that after the smartphones, the second-best category of Xiaomi products in India is Mi TV. The company has sold nearly 4 million in the last year. The company announced Mi Box 4K in India to take the TV experience to the next level.

Mi Box 4K comes with HDR10, DOLBY audio, Android TV 9.0 out of the box, chrome cast built-in, Google Assistant support. Mi Box 4K will be available at Rs 3,499 starting May 11.
