Xiaomi launched the Mi 10 at a starting price of Rs 49,999. Additionally, the company has also announced Mi Wireless charger at Rs 2299 (special price: 1,999), Mi Box 4K at Rs 3,499, and Mi True Wireless Earphones 2, Xiaomi’s first wireless earphones in the country. Earphones are priced at Rs 4,499 (introductory price: Rs 3,999).
In the past, Mi flagship phones didn’t receive a good response from Indian consumers like its other affordable phones. It could be possibly due to the expensive price tag if the flagship devices and consumers associating Xiaomi with “affordability”. But this time, Xiaomi India Managing Director Manu Jain is assured that with the Mi 10 the company will be able to change the mindset.
The India variant is the Mi 10 could be similar to the global variant with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, 5G support, quad rear camera setup, and more.

Xiaomi has finally launched its Mi 10 flagship smartphone in India after four years of bringing no flagship devices to the country. It will be made available in two variants: 8GB RAM/128GB of storage and 8GB of RAM/256GB of internal storage priced at Rs 49,999 and Rs 54,999, respectively.
All people who pre-book the Mi 10 5G will get a Mi wireless power bank worth Rs 2,499 complementary along with the device. The company will also offer users no-cost EMI options on its online and offline platforms. HDFC customers will get a cashback of Rs 3,000.
Xiaomi along with Mi 10 5G smartphone has launched its own Mi 30W wireless charger in India. It is priced at Rs 1,999 and will be made available on Mi.com at a later date. It sports a built-in cooling fan to ensure a cooler wireless charging process. The charger is a 30W Qi-certified wireless charger.
Xiaomi Mi 10 5G sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 paired with an Adreno 650 GPU. The device comes with 8GB of RAM along with 128GB/256GB of internal storage. It runs Google's Android 10 operating system, with the company's own MIUI 11 skin on top. All of this is backed by a 4,780mAh battery with support for 30W fast wired charging and 30W fast wireless charging.
The device sports a quad-camera setup on the back consisting of a 108MP primary sensor paired with a 13MP ultra-wide angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro lens. On the front, it features a 20MP sensor for taking selfies.
Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C and more.
Xiaomi brings its first wireless earphones to the country today. Mi True Wireless earphones 2 launched in India alongside Mi Box 4K. The Mi True Wireless earphones offer sharp base, 14.2mm driver support, LHDC, Bluetooth version 5.0, stable wireless experience, smart dual noise-cancelling microphone, slip-proof design, solid battery and quick charging capability, the device lasts for 14 hours in a single charge, and quick gesture control. Mi True Wireless earphones 2 comes with MIUI software, works with other Android and iOS devices.
It will be available at an introductory price of Rs 3,999 on May 12 on mi.com and Amazon.

Manu Jain starts the event by talking about how the coronavirus pandemic has affected the business. Jain also says that the company hasn’t laid off any employee in the country and are still together.
