Google Tells Employees They Cannot Expense Food While Home

Google told its employees they can no longer expense food or gym memberships while working from home after some employees attempted to expense food for work-related Zoom meetings.

The tech giant updated its policies adding that employees cannot use unused events or travel budgets to fund personal matters while they are home.
