Y) jon hildebrandt, a.k.a superhandles, said the idea started back in 2008 when he began sharing instructional videos to improve players ball handling.

Now that curriculum has taken off, with over 270 workouts.

And for some of those workouts, all you need is some space and a few basketballs... perfect for a quarantine training session.

(take jon key) jon hildebrandt says, "with players being at home and they're not able to go and play aau basketball or play in another league right now.

So they can focus on their skills and that's really what our curriculum is designed to do: make players harder to guard.

So it fits in well for this time."

And one oregon tech basketball player, luke arzner, has been benefiting from the superhandles system for years.

(take luke key) luke arzner says, "it's been... pretty much the reason why i am where i am right now."

(topic key) luke has been seriously utilizing the system since his sophomore year of high school.

He says the improvements he's seen have been incredible.

But those improvements didn't come easy.

Luke arzner says, "i feel like it all depends on how you push yourself.

'cause you can get as much out of it as much as you want out of it.

So if you're not going full speed, 100 percent the whole time, you're not going to get 100 percent out of it."

And jon says, luke is definitely one of those players who puts 100 percent into his work.

Jon hildebrandt says, "and that has helped build his confidence and enabled him to really propel his games to higher levels."

Next season, we will see if all of luke's hard work with jon pays off on the court in klamath falls
