The 2008 batch Indian Administrative Officer (IAS) led by Rubal Aggarwal succeeded in gaining control of the corona in Pune, Maharashtra. Rubal Agarwal is responsible for the municipality of Pune and is also the chief executive chairman of Pune Smart City Development Corporation Limited.

The job of the Pune Smart City Development Corporation is to provide information on the number of patients infected with the coronavirus in the city, deaths from corona, and people recovering from the disease. This company works closely with survey companies to produce better results related to Corona.

In Maharashtra, both Mumbai and Pune are badly affected by the coronavirus, but as of May 4, 1,890 people have been cured by the Kovid-19 in Pune. The number of infected patients in Pune is more than two thousand.

Rubal Aggarwal said that 15,000 employees of the Pune Municipality are coming forward and working. Apart from Pune's medical services, engineers and clerks, 42 departments of the municipality are constantly working to provide other services.

The Pune municipality has established a command control war room. Ruble said that this room is mainly used to monitor areas where the number of coronavirus patients is increasing.

Ruble's team has placed greater emphasis on areas where the number of patients infected with the coronavirus is high. More testing and surveys are being conducted in those areas. Due to more testing, the number of corona infected patients has also increased in Pune.

Rubal Agarwal gets up at six in the morning and performs Surya Namaskar, even after returning home in the evening, the ruble continues to work till midnight. Rubles work 14–18 hours a day since the threat of the coronavirus.

Pune's health department is looked after by Rubal Aggarwal, so she reviews staff daily, contact tracing of infected patients and patients kept in quarantine. Ruble said that she also visits hospitals dedicated to Kovid-19, currently Pune has beds for a total of 17,000 Corona.

Ruble definitely wears masks, gloves and PPE kits while visiting the hospital after leaving home. He says that if the number of corona infected patients increases, more medical staff will also be needed.

Rubal Aggarwal says that the corona epidemic is the biggest challenge in his career and life, but he is confident that India will win the war against the corona virus.
