PUNE: Hordes are rushing to liquor shops but other shopkeepers are furious that whiskey and wine — packaged with statutory health warnings — matter more to the government than healthy products. The government has allowed neighbourhood shops and markets to open and many retail markets reported brisk sales on Monday.
