Under the Lockdown 3.0, the central government has also given some relaxation by dividing districts into three zones — Red, Orange and Green. Based on the zone you are in the services and relaxation differs. For example, cab services are now allowed in Orange and Green zones, while it is banned in the Red zone. Also, people can also move out of their homes for non-essential stuff between 7 am to 7 pm.
