Share market update: 9 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Around 9 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Tuesday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Aarti Industries, Alchemist, AstraZeneca Pharma, Venus Remedies, Ruchi Soya Industries and Mangalam Drugs And Organics.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 105.90 points up at 9399.40.

Overall, 40 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 10 were trading in red in the afternoon trade.

In the Nifty 50 index, ONGC, Bharti Infratel, Zee Ent., M&M and BPCL were among top gainers.

While Asian Paints, Bajaj Finance, Britannia Inds., Dr. Reddy's Lab and SBI were trading in red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 360.40 points up at 32075.75.
