US Supreme Court to break tradition, hear arguments over phone

In a historic move, the United States Supreme Court is breaking some it's long-held traditions to continue court sessions during the coronavirus pandemic. "Court has never before heard arguments over phone, and the court has never made audio of their arguments available live," said AP's Supreme Court reporter Mark Sherman.
