Coronavirus lockdown 3.0 in Goa: What's open and what's not from today

As the lockdown lifts on Monday, the state cautiously makes amenities available to the public. However, the state government has restricted movement of people and vehicles, except for essential or emergency services, between 7pm and 7am.
Here's what you can do and what not from today

In Goa, all shops, except those selling essential commodities, will operate only between 7am and 7pm. All beach shacks and restaurants will remain shut, whether in village panchayat or municipal areas.
