A woman has relived her childhood by creating homemade Iced VoVo tarts, a clever twist on the classic Australian biscuit topped with coconut marshmallow and raspberry jam.
Deb Spowart grew up eating Iced VoVos from her grandmother's pantry, and 'still loves' the sweet, marshmallow biscuit adored nationwide since Arnott's sold the first pack in 1906.
She shared her recipe in a cookery group on Facebook on Sunday, showing others how to assemble their own with a pack of mini pastry shells, marshmallows, raspberry jam, cream and desiccated coconut in less than 10 minutes.
The tarts can be made in less time than it takes to boil an egg and keep fresh in the fridge for up to five days, which means you can enjoy them after dinner or as a mid-morning snack all week long while working from home.
Photos of Ms Spowart's tarts have been liked by 440 Australians, all eager to try their hand at the simple recipe inspired by one of the country's favourite biscuits.

All ingredients are available from leading supermarkets like Coles and Woolworths.
To start, arrange the pastry shells on a plate and spoon a teaspoon of raspberry jam into the bottom of each.
Place 100 grams of pink marshmallows into a bowl of 20ml of thickened or pouring cream, and heat in the microwave in short bursts until melted.
Gently stir the mixture to ensure there are no lumps left.
Spoon the creamy marshmallow over the jam, covering the scooped part of each shell in a thick, bubblegum coloured coating.
Sprinkle desiccated coconut over the top and store in the fridge or in an airtight container at room temperature.
'They're so easy. I used store bought pastry shells and had a delicious morning tea on the table in under 10 minutes,' Ms Spowart said in her post.

One woman tagged her housemate and said 'I know what we're making tomorrow'.
'Will have to try these next, they look great. But how could I stop at one?!' said another.
Others were delighted with the childhood reminder, with one man saying he hadn't eaten his 'favourite biscuit in over 40 years'.
'I absolutely loved Iced VoVos growing up, will definitely be trying these!' one woman said.
One woman said she planned to make the tarts with a melted block of Iced VoVo chocolate, which Arnott's released in April 2019 along with bars of other iconic biscuits like Jatz, Ginger Nut and Wagon Wheels.
