The entire state of Goa has been designated as a green zone, and most of its businesses, barring those in the travel and tourism sectors, begun operations on day one of Lockdown 3.0. Healthy traffic could be seen on the roads, as the state government has allowed taxis, rickshaws as well as public transport buses to run. Buses will run at only 50 percent capacity. Two people are allowed on a bike while a car can have 4 persons. Barber shops, hair salons and beauty parlors have also opened.
