MUMBAI: A corporator from Worli, which has been a hotbed for Covid-19 infection in Mumbai, has tested positive for coronavirus over the last weekend.
She was admitted to a private hospital in South Mumbai and her condition was stable. Her husband, who is also attached to the same political party she represents in the Mumbai municipal corporation, has tested positive for the infection.
"Both of them are in a stable condition. The corporator was initially taken to Kasturba hospital. However, it was later decided to move her to a private hospital," said the Mumbai mayor Kishori Pednekar.
