Covid-19: Hospitals brace for a new normal, see 50% occupancy by May-end

With revenues dwindling during the lockdown, private hospital chains are now gearing up to return to business as usual as the country gets ready to “live” with new coronavirus. Most feel as the movement of people normalises, the in-patient volumes will grow and by the end of May, occupancy should be around 50 per cent, and 75 per cent over a period of time.
