Pakistan-based terrorist outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad and Lashkar-e-Taiba are now joining hands to unite against India. That is Pak proxies are joining hands and this is perhaps Pakistan's new policy. Earlier also there were Jaish hands in many terror attacks. If we reiterate, on 14 February 2019, the Pulwama attack, a convoy of vehicles carrying security personnel on the Jammu Srinagar National Highway was attacked by a vehicle-borne suicide bomber at Lethpora in the Pulwama district, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The attack resulted in the deaths of 40 Central Reserve Police Force personnel and the attacker.
