Construction can begin on the area's second Culver's restaurant, with McCon Building Corp. pulling a $1.45 million building permit earlier this week. The permit will allow the construction of a single-story building with a drive-thru and outdoor patio at 7923 Parramore Road. The 4,096-square-foot restaurant off Collins Road near I-295 will be the second in the area for the chain, which has a location on Blanding Boulevard in Middleburg. That location opened in July 2019.
