Amitabh Bachchan grieves for close friend Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan, writes ‘the grief of the latter more intense than that of the former’

Death is never an easy thing to accept, especially when a famous personality or a celebrity passes away much sooner than we expect, the loss is very keenly felt by millions. These past few days, with the passing of two extraordinary talents, Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor, the entire nation has been gripped by grief, including megastar Amitabh Bachchan himself. Mourning the loss, Big B, on Instagram, penned a note which read as, ‘The death of an elder celebrity vs death of a younger .. the grief of the latter more intense than that of the former .. why ..? Because you lament the loss of opportunity in the latter .. unrealised possibilities.’ The actor has shared frame with both Irrfan and Rishi in the past. In the latter’s memory, Bachchan also shared a song 'Waqt Ne Kiya Kya Haseen Sitam' from his last film with him.
