The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued clarification on confusion over movement in Orange zones. The MHA has said that inter and intra district buses will remain prohibited and cabs with 1 driver and 2 passengers will be allowed in the Orange zones. On May 1, the Union Health Ministry listed 130 districts across the country in the red zone, 284 in orange zone and 319 in green zones based on incidence of cases of COVID-19, doubling rate, extent of testing and surveillance feedback.
