Man held, marijuana seized in Toco

A man has been arrested in relation to a quantity of marijuana found in his car in Toco on Thursday afternoon.

A police media release on Friday said Eastern Division police stopped and searched the car and found 940 grams of marijuana.

A 37-year-old Arima man who was in the car at the time was arrested

Hours earlier police went to an abandoned house at Cumana Village, Toco, where they found 90 kilos of marijuana. No one was arrested.
