In more than five hundred districts of the country, except in transport, school-colleges, and cinema, etc., there can be complete relief with some precautions in other areas. Permission will be allowed from one district to another district, provided the district is not in the Red Zone. Workers coming from other states will get work. For this, the concerned factory owner will have to check his workers periodically. If any laborers come from another state then the district administration will get the corona checked.
If there are serious symptoms, then he will be hospitalized, otherwise, he will be quarantined at home. The CMO will be given the responsibility to monitor people with home quarantine. Also, interstate commercial vehicles, including trucks and tempos, will also allow movement on the basis of the earlier pass.
In the Union Home Ministry's review meeting on the lockdown of the Kovid-19 epidemic, it has also come to notice that there are about 147 districts which are not out of danger in terms of corona infection. Most of the districts in the states where the center has exempted the labor movement are out of the Corona transition.
According to Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, new patients are not coming inside the state. Whatever number has increased is due to people coming from outside. According to Home Ministry sources, the restrictions in the Green and Orange zones are likely to be relaxed significantly from May 4. Commercial and private establishments in the Green and Orange zones will be exempted under several categories. It is also possible that the opening hours of the markets of each region should be kept separately. Inter-district traffic will also be started in Green and Orange zones. If there is a red zone in the middle of these zones then there will be no movement there. A long and elaborate manual is being prepared for the operation of private transport. These reliefs will not be granted in hotspots or containment areas.
Large business institutions and offices will be able to start
The Ministry of Home Affairs has now approved the transfer of people trapped under lockdown from one state to another with some conditions. The CMO of the district concerned has been entrusted with the responsibility of investigating these people.

Downloading the Arogya Setu App is mandatory in all ministries and departments
The central government has made it mandatory to download the Arogya Setu App in all its ministries and departments. This directive has also been issued for all autonomous and statutory bodies, public sector undertakings. Ministry of Railways has asked its 1.3 million employees to download this app. The Ministry of Human Resources has also directed all people, students, and teachers associated with educational institutions to download the Arogya Setu App.
At the same time, the Ministry of Home Affairs has also asked all the soldiers of the Central Armed Police Forces to install the app. The worker has to check the status of the app before entry into the office.
