Bollywood actor Bijay Anand is a familiar face for those who have watched Ajay Devgn-Kajol starrer 'Pyar Toh Hona Hi Tha' back in the late 90s. The former actor is now a certified yoga teacher from the Kundalini Research Institute, Los Angeles. Recently in an interview, Bijay revealed that he was suffering from psychological problems during his early 30s but he then went on to add that his life changed drastically after he started practising Kundalini Yoga. He said that yoga has now become an important aspect of his life. And as people worldwide battle a major health crisis due to the coronavirus outbreak, Bijay shared some benefits of the yoga form. He said that the best thing we could do to protect ourselves is to develop a strong immune system and in that aspect, yoga kriyas can help keep one strong both physically and mentally.
