In extremely sad news, Rishi Kapoor passed away at the age of 67. He was admitted to H N Reliance hospital on Wednesday after feeling unwell, his elder brother Randhir Kapoor had said.
ANI tweeted that Rishi passed away in the hospital. The news of his sad demise was tweeted by veteran actor and colleague Amitabh Bachchan, who tweeted, "T 3517 - He's GONE .. ! Rishi Kapoor .. gone .. just passed away .. I am destroyed !"

President Ram Nath Kovidn and Prime Minster Narendra Modi took to the official Twitter handle and expressed their shock over the matter. 'I will always recall our interactions, even on social media', said PM Modi in a tweet.
