Rishi Kapoor demise: Salman Khan tweets, 'Rest in peace chintu sir, kaha suna maaf'

Twitter was filled with prayers and condolence messages as the news of veteran actor Rishi Kapoor's demise hit the internet. Salman Khan, who worked with Kapoor also took to his Twitter handle to mourn the actor's demise. Asking for forgiveness, Salman wrote, 'Rest in peace chintu sirrr, kaha suna maaf, strength, peace n light to family n friends...' Rishi's close friend and colleague Amitabh Bachchan was the first one to confirm the news of the actor's death. Bachchan's tweet read, 'He's GONE..! Rishi Kapoor.. gone.. just passed away.. I am destroyed!
