Based on MHA guidelines and as per the demands received from the various state governments, following Shramik special trains are running today are:
1. Lingampalli to Hatia2. Aluva to Bhubaneswar3. Nasik to Lucknow4. Nasik to Bhopal5. Jaipur to Patna6. Kota to Hatia
Mandatory for passengers to cover face. Meals, drinking water will be provided to them by states at originating station: Railways

Special trains transporting migrant workers have been designated as "Shramik Specials"

As per the SOP, state governments decide the persons who will be allowed the travel and railways gives bulk tickets to the state nodal officers.
The persons identified are transported to designated stations and they get masks and sanitizers. Packed food is provided before they board train. They are transported only by non-AC coaches, primarily sleeper class trains. In each segment of a coach, six passengers are accommodated while there is provision for eight seats.
Movement of migrant workers, pilgrims, tourists, students and other persons, stranded at different places, is also allowed by special trains to be operated by Ministry of Railways (MoR). Social distancing & other safety measures to be observed at stations, platforms & in trains.
