Flights may not resume soon after the lockdown that is supposed to end on 3 May as govt is concerned of a sudden spike of covid-19 cases. Civil aviation ministry sources said that at the moment there should not be any expectations of flights as 1800 coronavirus positive cases were reported in the country yesterday. Private airlines are also against leaving the middle seat empty saying that it is not financially viable. This will also increase the ticket price, private airlines said.
