Agra: Eight more persons tested positive for novel Coronavirus in
UP's
Aligarh on Wednesday, taking the total tally of such cases in the district to 32.

Anunay Jha said that two of the infected persons are the husband and the five-year-old nephew of a pregnant woman, who tested positive. The other six males, including a teenager, who tested positive hail from the same area of Hathipul.
He said, hathipul area has also been declared a hotspot and only health workers and sanitisation workers will be allowed to go there. Essential items will be also supplied in the area.
He said, a 15-year-old girl, who is admitted at AMU’s JNMC, has also been tested positive but she hails from Etah district.
Meanwhile, two more persons from Mathura tested positive for infection including a 24-year-old woman, who is a wife of an advocate and 60-year-old man, who had gone to Faridabad Metro hospital for treatment.
Mathura chief medical officer Sher Singh said that the man has returned to Mathura after being diagnosed for
Covid-19 and now he is admitted at KD Medical College. He, however, not included his name in Mathura’s positive patients list as he was diagnosed in Faridabad. The total number of positive patients in the district has gone to 14, he said.
“Total 1047 samples have been tested so far and of these 733 are found negative and reports of 289 samples are awaited.
