Waitress is to embark on its first ever UK and Ireland tour - and it's coming to North Wales!
The award-winning musical, based on a 2007 movie of the same name, has garnered a legion of fans since it debuted at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre on Broadway back in 2016.
It tells the story of Jenna, a talented pie maker in a small town, who dreams of escaping her loveless and abusive marriage.
A baking contest in a nearby county offers her a chance at a better life, though the arrival of a sweet-toothed new doctor in town only complicates the escape plan for Jenna.
Audiences join Jenna as she attempts to navigate the tough crust of her own unhappiness with her fellow waitresses, Dawn and Becky - who are also looking for their own perfect recipe for life.
The heartwarming musical - which celebrates friendship, mothership and the magic of baking - features music and lyrics written by Grammy winner Sara Bareilles - best known for hits Brave and Love Song.
This includes the song She Used to Be Mine - which was described by critics as "gentle but wrenching" and "wonderfully theatrical."

The UK and Ireland tour comes fresh off it's critically-acclaimed run in the West End, with the production having ended ahead of schedule due to the coronavirus.
Casting for the tour is yet to be announced but the musical most recently starred Welsh stage actor Lucie Jones as Jenna.
It will begin in November 2020 and sees Waitress visit the region's own Venue Cymru - bringing the sweet smell of pies to Llandudno between April 12 and 17, 2021.
Pre-sale for premier card members is tomorrow (April 30) from 10am, with general release on Friday (May 1) from 10am.
Tickets will be priced from £16 and can be booked by visiting venuecymru.co.uk
