Poh Ling Yeow has returned to MasterChef to prove she is worthy of redemption more than a decade after placing runner-up in the first season.

On Tuesday, the 47-year-old's Stout Beef Pie with Blue Cheese Crust proved to be a hit with fans and the show's judges, Andy Allen, Jock Zonfrillo and Melissa Leong.

'I want UberEats to deliver Poh's dish to me right now,' gushed one viewer.

'I want to dive into my TV and eat her food!' On Tuesday, MasterChef viewers declared Poh Ling Yeow a 'mad genius' and demanded her Stout Beef Pie with Blue Cheese Crust was added to UberEats

Some fans were left on the edge of their seat at Poh's decision to leave her pie in the oven 10 seconds before she served it to the judges.

Channel Ten newsreader Sandra Sully tweeted: 'Somebody please help Poh with time management before we have an anxiety attack.'

Another tweeted: 'Of course Poh is making a 4 hour cake in 2 hours.. because why not, what could go wrong?'

While another complimented the Australian-Malaysian chef, calling her a 'wizard' and 'a mad genius'.

At judging, it was clear the Poh's creation was a winner.

'I've eaten a lot of pies,' said Jock. 'But what makes this wow is she's used chuck, and I can tell you chuck in a pressure cooker overcooks real easy.

'She cooked it for just the right amount of time. It is magic. I'd eat the whole thing.'
