All his recipes will include one ingredient that we all have at home - Vegemite.
'The key ingredient to cooking great food during isolation is probably already in your pantry. I'll be sharing some of my favourite recipes, using Australia's favourite source of umami - Vegemite,' Adam said.
'Join me to discover some ways to take your Vegemite beyond your morning slice of toast.'
In his first class, the cookbook author will create a Vegemite Pangrattato for spaghetti bolognese - a cost-effective alternative if you don't have parmesan cheese at home.

To make the dish, home cooks will need four slices of stale bread, butter, olive oil, salt, finely shredded parsley (optional) and of course Vegemite.
'If you're looking for a cost-effective alternative, these salty-savoury fried breadcrumbs are the secret to the Aussiest spag bol ever,' Adam said.
Matt Gray, the head of marketing Bega Foods, said: 'We know that Vegemite fans love finding new ways to enjoy their favourite spread, so we've joined forces with Adam Liaw to bring some exciting recipes to life.'
