Amid nationwide lockdown to curb the spread of COVID-19, IRTS Officers’ ‘SETU’ facility has emerged as a big relief for the people. The SETU helpline allows customers to call and place requests for bulk transport of essentials such as PPE kits, medicines and foods. A person can also directly contact to nearest division to use the facility. SETU has dedicated number 8888261234 which is in service for 24x7. SETU is a voluntary initiative of IRTS Officers, with about 30 probationers and a handful of young officers.
