COVID-19 cases in Tamil Nadu are on the rise as people have casual attitude to norms like social distancing and don't understand gravity of the contagion, TN CM K Palaniswami said on Tuesday.

Out of the 121 cases, 103 came from Chennai.
The death toll rose to 25 with one person succumbing to the disease on Tuesday.
Among the infected were two Chennai city police personnel and a flower vendor at the Koyambedu market.
Already, some police personnel in Coimbatore and other cities in Tamil Nadu have been affected by the virus.
Chennai is among the 15 critical districts with 'high case volumes' according to a central government assessment.
