A couple who went into business together have made $150,000 in seven minutes after their activewear brand launched its 'best ever' collection of seamless sports bras and leggings.
Matilda Murray and Don Robertson are the founders of STAX apparel and were eager to start selling their Premium Seamless 2 range of athleisurewear, even though factories closing in China because of coronavirus prevented them from getting stock for weeks.
'Last night we launched our secret VIP sale which was going to be open for the first 100 orders or 30 minutes only,' Miss Murray, who lives in Sydney, told news.com.au.

While shopping centres - and many of their stores - are off-limits around Australia as a result of the current pandemic, shoppers are turning to the online world to get their fashion fix.
And with thousands of citizens working from home, there has never been a better time to stock up on comfortable clothing that doubles as workout gear.
The Seamless Collection comes in six different colours and three different pieces of clothing - tights ($74.95), bike shorts ($49.95) and sports bras ($44.95).

'COVID-19 hit us hard before it became a worldwide pandemic as our factories in China were forced to close for over six weeks, leaving us without product for six to eight weeks, an extremely scary and uncertain time for us as a company,' Miss Murray continued.
But thankfully the factories are now up and running so they can start shipping out their new collection to eager fans of the brand.
Miss Murray said the average customer spend per transaction had increased from $120 to $160 practically overnight, proving that success comes to those who have adapted to these trying times.
MAFS fan favourite Martha Kalifatidis recently opened up about STAX on her Instagram Story by saying the tights she owned are 'the best she's ever worn', even in comparison to her pricey Lululemon variety.
The brand is well-known for using models of all different shapes and sizes to showcase their wears on everyone, and it's proving to be a popular message amongst fans.
