NY Guv Andrew Cuomo hoping to easy restrictions by Mid-May

Stay-at-home restrictions could be eased in mid-May for parts of New York state where the coronavirus outbreak is less severe, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Monday. Cuomo outlined re-opening parameters as hospitalization rates and deaths continue to decline from peaks earlier this month.
