Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's video meeting with CMs, many state govts are coming up with several strategies on how to systematically open up the economy through a calculated containment strategy. Several states like Kerala, Delhi and Gujarat have opened up small shops following MHA guidelines. But with growing cases of covid-19 in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and several other states lockdown restrictions are likely to remain in place. Further, several states including Delhi want lockdown to be extended after 3 May.
