And, one thing that the actor is always talked about for is his quirky style sense. Whether it's his cropped pants, asymmetrical kurtas, his cool shades or shoes, the actor always makes a chic statement. And, right now what's making the maximum amount of news are his collection of ugly dad sneakers.
Before the lockdown happened, the season's biggest trend, dad shoes or ugly dad sneakers took over. They are characterised by their unusually big soles and thick upper crust.
Shahid joins the ugly dad sneakers club While most of the Bollywood actors have embraced the trend already, Shahid has too joined in with great elan and making a statement with them every now and then. And, while browsing through his Insta feed, we came across many pairs of his ugly sneakers.
A few days ago, the actor took to Instagram to share a picture from a cricket stadium, seemingly his film set for his next film which is based on cricket and we couldn't help but notice his sexy red sneakers. The actor was spotted wearing Reebok's very popular Classics Zig Kinetica shoes in radiant red, sunbaked orange and black hues. They cost INR 9,875 approximately.
Spotted at the airport a few months ago, Shahid sported the shoes with a long hoodie, white track pants, black backpack and blue sunnies. The shoes worn by Shahid were actually Balaenciaga's much talked-about track sneakers in yellow, white and grey. And now, coming to the price of the shoes - the bulky shoes cost INR 61,851.
While appearing on Neha Dhupia's show, Shahid was spotted wearing smart casuals but his sneakers sure grabbed our attention. Shahid was wearing Shahid was wearing Triple S over-sized trainers by Balenciaga. Well, they cost INR 64,000.
For a movie promotion, Shahid wore Philipp Plein's super charged sneakers in neon. The deer-print nappa, leather, suede and woven neoprene runners cost INR 80,000.
